拍品描述: Lg. French Mystery Swinger Clock. Titled Idylle Printaniere (Idylls of Spring) by Geo Maxim; spelter sculpture with 2 tall tree trunks on a hill, branching up and entwined in an arch at the top, 2 figures are seated in a swing hanging from the arch, on a rouge marble base with tree branch form feet at the corners. Brass 8 day spring driven time only movement, signed with initial "R" over 2740, is contained in a spherical ball at the top of the swing which is the dial with applied brass Roman hour numerals, in running condition. 27.5 in. high x 14.5 in. wide x 10.75 in. deep. Weight: 33 lbs.
