拍品描述: Tiffany Grosjean & Woodward Sterling Cake Basket. Excellent sterling silver cake basket has an oval bowl form with ribbed scalloped edge and hinged handle, border of floral and filigree branches and on a raised scalloped edge foot. Monogrammed “W.F.C. to J.H.C.” and “October 1858”. Very fine quality and in excellent condition, signed with hallmarks for Grosjean & Woodward and Tiffany & Co. English Sterling, 925-1000, 550 Broadway and numbered 4535 (pattern number) & 9 (order number). 4.25 in. high x 11.25 in. wide x 8.75 in. deep. 23.37 ozt.
