拍品描述: Auguste Nicolas Cain (1822-1894, France) large bronze sculpture of 2 hounds tied to a tree trunk, a horn hangs on the branch above them, oak leaves, branches and acorns are scatter around them; the dog’s names are inscribed in the base beside them “Pompier” and “Caron”, artists name inscribed on the side “A. Cain”. In very good condition, fine quality and a good original medium brown patina. 25 in. high x 20 in. wide x 17.5 in. deep. Weight: 83 lbs.
