拍品描述: Fine George I Walnut Secretary Bookcase. The molded broken arch pediment with three giltwood urn form finials above two arched doors with inset shaped beveled mirror plates opening to an interior with feather banded small drawers, pigeon and folio compartments and a shelf over two candle slides; the lower case with crossbanded quarter veneered figured walnut slant lid opening to inset cream tooled leather writing surface, pigeon holes, serpentine drawers and shelves over two short and three long drawers with engraved brasses and raised on bracket feet; the upper and lower case sides with brass handles.
