拍品描述: EDITH GARREGUES HAWTHORNE (Danish / American 1874-1949) "Julian Hawthorne" Oil on canvas. 24 x 20 1/4 inches. No visible signature; photograph verso of the back of the original canvas: "Julian Hawthorne by his wife Edith / son of Nathaniel". CONDITION: In overall good condition. The canvas has been relined; the canvas has been heavily re-varnished with an area of chipped paint on the left edge. Heavy craquelure throughout; was not examined under black light.
