Designed as the bust of a woman, featuring one oval-cut red glass measuring approximately 17.7 x 13.7 x 7.02 mm, accented by one old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.60 ct., further enhanced by old round-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.75 cttw., set in an 18k yellow gold brooch mounting with removable pin stem to reveal two pendant bails and measuring approximately 64.5 x 53 mm. {Gross Weight: 21.7 dwts} Note: French eagle head hallmark.
