拍品描述: Papua New Guinea (PNG), Sepik River, South Pacific, ca 2nd quarter of the 20th century. Attractive wooden food hook, hung from the rafters of one's "hut" to keep out of the reach of dogs, children, mother's-in-law, etc. Carved in the form of a standing female. She is nude save beaded necklace, feet integrate into twin hook. Size: 20" H (50.8 cm)
