拍品描述: Iron and iroezogan. Japan, 19th cent. Round form with raised border, both hitsu open. A large dragonfly in silver zogan as well as grasses, partly with gold nunome. The dragonfly tombo was a popular symbol due to its battlesome nature at the time of the feudal wars and was also called Shogun Mushi. Suggestion of landscape, rust patina, good condition, with case.
