拍品描述: Miniature painting with colours. India, Jodhpur, approx. late 18th cent. Small depiction with high painting quality, showing the blue deity Shiva on a red carpet, leaning against a rolled cushion, bejewelled and with a third-eye. Next to him is Parvati with enchantingly fine facial features. Even the smallest details are meticulously painted. Floral decor, leaves of trees or the baldachin under which they are both seated.
