Description of the Lots in the catalogues or elsewhere in writing or made orally, is presented as a
statement of opinion for reference only.5 Treasure Auctions and its consignors do not make any warranty
or representation of these lots. Buyers assume the responsibility to inspect the property and make their
own decision as to the quality and values of the property. All property is sold ?as is? and without
recourse. All sales are final, No returns and No refund.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are made by and between and Bidders and Us ( 5 Treasure) We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. By participating in any sale, you acknowledge to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL** By Bidding,The buyer (You) acknowledges and agrees the policy of NO returns" on any sold and paid purchased lot(s). 5 Treasure offers all property for sale at auction "as is", with no guarantees or warranties, meaning that the property is sold with all existing faults and imperfections. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to each and every aspect of the quality of the lot, including (without limitation) its authorship, attribution, authenticity, age, condition, provenance, suitability and origin. Lots are sold on an 'as is' basis but the actual condition of the lot may not be as good as indicated by its outward appearance. In particular parts may have been replaced or renewed and lots may not be authentic or of satisfactory quality.

It's bidder's responsibility as a prospective buyer to inquire as to the condition of a specific lot before bidding. Upon request, condition report can normally be made available within two business days. Any condition information made available is done so as a courtesy. It is only an opinion and refers to the physical condition and should not be considered to be a statement of fact. 5 Treasure accepts no responsibility for any error or omission.

5 Treasure reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale. We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder prior or during the sale.

Some lots offered may be subject to a reserve price which is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and 5 Treasure will act on such reserves by bidding for the consignor. Reserve price may allow exceed the high estimate and if bidding ends before the reserve is reached, the property will not be sold.


All purchases will be subject to a New York State Local sales tax to buyer whose account is registered as a New York State resident unless a valid tax exempt certificate is provided.
If Buyer failed to make payment in full for all items for which Buyer was the highest bidder within seven
days, 5 Treasure may exercise all its rights under the law and hold the defaulting Buyer liable for
the total amount due
