Late 19th - early 20th century. A nice example of a compass design in earth tones with orange highlights. The central compass flanked by half wheels within a woven poly-chrome striated boarder, the edge braided. Surface soiling throughout with in use wear, patches of reweaving visible from the underside, with multiple small holes in need of restoration.
