Late 19th century, New York. Centering a small clock dial, the clock is set with in a pedestal, surmounted by the figure of an New York Police officer in full period uniform, a baton in his right hand across his chest. Clock movement is a simple key wind brass movement with corrosion to the dial. Undisturbed surface on clock face with dark brown patina. Considerable deterioration to the face of the clock. We assume it is no longer in running order, however, the movement itself looks fairly clean. Pedestal is decorated with scrolling leaf tips.
