Late 18th to 19th century, Holland. The baluster form shaft with large ball finial and Prussian eagle crests issuing two tiers of six scrolled arms, alternating with small decorative arms, each numbered and slotted to the shaft. One candle arm with repair has been disconnected and in need of re-repair, all parts are present. A hole has been drilled in the lower disc for candle arms as well as the candle drip pans on the lower tier for wiring which is no longer present or perhaps never completed. All candle cups and bobeshe are present. Overall good. Condition: Dimensions: 32" x 19".
