Late Ptolemaic period, Egypt. The hawk wrapped in appropriate material, the face decorated with painted eyes and markings, wrappings are now age darkened to a chocolate brown color. Overall good condition. Hawk is 13" long. Note: This mummy has not be forensically tested.
