Early 19th Century, England. The rectangular hinged top with applied half-round molding along the edge, opening and turning on the confirming base. The frontal apron applied with decoration in a Gothic geometric design, raised on square, chamfered legs. The frontal legs with C scrolled open carved returns, one rear leg hinged for support of top. When open, a drawer within the rear apron is relieved. Table retains early surface, rear fixed leg has an old break at apron needing professional restoration, rear swing leg with an old splice repair along edge, small restorations to veneers on top.
