Late 19th to early 20th century, American. The large bowl with molded lip of a wonderful rich green resting within a rope twist wrought iron framed, raised on four shaped legs tapering to scroll feet, sitting on a ring base with interwoven, scrolling filigree. Bowl is 14" diameter. The outer boarder cast with leaf tips. The bowl has some abrasions around the base, clear with good color, polished pontil. The iron stand retains original copper-gold finish.
