拍品描述: This charming oil painting of a pretty girl is signed Koros. It dates from around 1965, and its original frame. Koros was a popular painter who specialized in idealized portraits of Mediterranean children. This is a great example of Koros' work, which is admired for its easy-flowing brush work and the universal appeal of its subjects. The painting is 24" x 20", and is framed to a size of 30"x26". The original carved wood gold frame has been been over-painted with a burnt sienna (red/brown) wash. Both the painting and frame are in good condition.
