拍品描述: This antique oil painting features a luminous sky above a bucolic country landscape with a thatched-roof cottage and tranquil lake. Two women chat on the shore while fishermen pull a net into their small boat out on the lake. It is a charming example of Continental School (France, Belgium, Holland) paintings and was made in the late 1800's. As with many paintings of this genre, it is unsigned.
