The ewer is modelled with a pear-shaped body and a flaring mouth, the slender curving spout is held by a stylised dragon truss, the ear-shaped handle is shaped after a metal original. The ewer is covered overall in a thick sea-green glaze which stops just above the foot to reveal the unglazed base.
Condition: Appears to be in overall good condition, with a few fine firing cracks to the base, and a fine crack to the foot and base (approx. 3 cm.).
