拍品描述: The lot comprises a bird cage carved with openwork panels and fashioned with blue and white porcelain feeders; a circular tiered rattan shuangxi wedding box with the handle carved with openwork flowers trailing upwards and copper hinges; and the vanity box is decorated with three drawers to the front and a top section which opens to contain a mirror. The box is inlaid with bone designs of deer, auspicious fruits, phoenix, and panels enclosing figures to the upper surface. The birdcage: 24.5 cm. high x 22 cm. wide x 22 cm. deep The marriage box; 62.5 cm. high The vanity box: 20 cm. high x 32 cm wide x 25 cm. deep Provenance: Property from a private Dutch collection Condition: The bird cage: A fine crack to the jade ring One string tie missing. A few fine cracks to the bamboo With an additional metal 'squirrel and grapes' hook The mirror box: With wear and loose joints consistent with age.
