The terms “Bonhams,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Bonhams & Butterfields Auctioneers Corp., a Delaware corporation. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the auction registrant, bidder or buyer of a lot, as applicable. A processing fee will be assessed on any returned checks. Please note that the amount of cash notes and cash equivalents that can be accepted from a given purchaser may be limited.
