Please note: registrations may not be approved during the course of the sale. NOTE: If your status in "pending," you have not been approved to bid. Please contact the auction house at least 24 hours before the auction.
After completion of the sale, all purchases must be paid within 7 days and picked up within 21 days. If the items have not been picked up after this time frame, the purchaser will be charged $20 per item per day.

Condition Statement
It is the buyer's responsibility to be knowledgeable about the condition of the property before bidding. This is a live auction, and the buyer is advised to inspect the items in person during the week prior to the auction. As a courtesy, Affinity Antique Auction Inc makes condition reports available prior to the auction.
