I piatti non costituiscono una serie, ma riprendono tutti lo stesso tipo di decoro molto diffuso dalla met?? dell'Ottocento. I marchi in blu cobalto sotto coperta sul fondo di ciascun piatto, apparentemente diversi, riconducono al periodo del regno dell'Imperatore Daoguang (1821-1850). I piatti sono stati legittimamente acquistati in Cina, come dimostra, sempre sul fondo, la presenza della??etichetta cartacea e il sigillo in ceralacca rossa di acquisto presso negozio-museo (statale).
