您在支付成交价款后,拍卖企业未能在规定的期限内发货;或是您在收到实物后,发现实物与拍卖企业的拍卖品描述严重不符,您可以通过联拍在线向拍卖企业发起投诉。联拍在线将根据您的请求与相关拍卖企业进行沟通;如您的投诉属实,联拍在线将要求该拍卖企业纠正侵权行为;若拍卖企业拒不纠正,联拍在线保留终止该拍卖企业会员资格的权力。

After you have finished the payment, if the auctioneer did not ship items in time, or you found that the item does not conform to the description, you can file a dispute to the auctioneer via 51BidLive. If the dispute substantiated, 51BidLive will ask the auctioneer to correct the infringements. If the auctioneer refused to correct, 51Bidlive will reserve the right to terminate the auctioneer's membership.
