Terms & Condition of Auction (translated short version)
All items are used and with marks of use.
Alle items are sold in used condition. Damages, cracks and restorings are mostly mentioned in the descriptions.
All items are sold in commission from privates and the auction house do not take any responsibility for the items auctionised.
All items must be paid within 14 days.
Items still unpaid after 30 days will be auctionised again and the customer loose the right to be the purchaser of item and is not allowed to place any further bids.
Data of customer who do not pay auction invoice will also be forwarded to other auction portals, and all buyers agree to that meassurement.
All bids and payments only accepted in Euros. No credit cards accepted. No paypal accepted.
Shipment only after receipt of complete payment.
Shipping charge includes: real DHL shipping cost plus packing, plus wrapping, plus handling.
Parcels are shipped with DHL and insured against losses.
Rosenlund do not take any responsibility for damages during transport, even if we try to pack as carefully as possible.
If damages occur during transport customer must only contact DHL.
No afterwards price reduction in any case.
All business with Rosenlund is only based on our general terms and conditions in German version and according to German law.
